    Solved my problem by changing servers from chrome to explorer.

    videos won’t work, using Safari 13.0.5, hit play button and nothing happens.

    Based on my experience, the videos play on the Firefox web browser but not on the Chrome browser. Got these same results on both my updated Android phone and on my older Apple iMac.
